Auto Sisepuhastus deep cleans car interiors in Tallinn and Harju County. We choose cleaning products for each surface to remove accumulated dirt, sweat salts, dust and allergens from seats, carpets, headliners and plastic trim.
We identify each material before cleaning. Fabric, Alcantara, leather and hard plastic need different product pH levels and techniques, so one all-purpose spray would not suit every surface.

We clean headliners, seats, plastic trim and carpets in the wet cleaning area of our Mustamäe workshop, choosing tools for each material. From opening through the end of 2025, we completed 6,087 interior deep cleaning jobs and cleaned 33,087 seats.
Headliner cleaning removes smoke and food odours, nicotine stains and dust from fabric that vacuuming the seats cannot reach.
Auto Sisepuhastus blows out the mounting rails on the edges of the headliner with 6 bar compressed air before wet cleaning, because the sand accumulated there turns into an abrasive paste when rubbed with a damp cloth, which leaves scratches on the varnished slats.
We deep clean seats by spraying hot water and shampoo into the upholstery, then immediately drawing the dirty water back out with an extractor. This removes dirt instead of leaving it to dry inside the seat.
Our extractor heats the wash water to 90 °C. Cold water is less effective at dissolving sweat salts and grease and can leave the seat damp and grey.
A detail brush reaches the gaps around dashboard buttons, the centre console, door handles and air vents that a cloth cannot clean thoroughly.
Before using wet products, we cover 12 electronic points, including buttons and connectors, with protective film. Cleaning liquid behind seat-heating or multifunction steering-wheel switches could damage the electronics.
We remove the carpets, knock sand and gravel out of the base mats, then wash through the full depth of the fibres rather than just vacuuming the surface.
We dry washed carpets before putting them back. Moisture left in the underlying foam for more than 48 hours can allow mould to grow, creating a harder problem than the original dirt.
The price depends on the number of seats, upholstery material and how dirty the interior is. These starting prices assume everyday dirt and workshop drop-off; collection and return are charged separately.

The main factors affecting the price are:
Deep cleaning all five seats, carpets, headliner and plastic trim in a passenger car takes four hours. A seven-seat SUV or van takes six hours because of the extra row. Of the 6,087 interiors cleaned by the end of 2025, 4,761 were five-seaters and 1,326 were seven-seaters; the average job took four hours and 26 minutes.
The seat upholstery washed by the extraction method is dry to the touch in 2 hours in the workshop with heat and fast air circulation, and the inside of the upholstery foam dries completely in 5 hours. Before returning the car, the air blower runs under the seats.
Cleaning the headliner individually, including cleaning the mounting rails with compressed air before wet cleaning, takes 90 minutes. The headliner coated with nicotine residue can be washed twice and dried in between, which adds 40 minutes to the work.

For business fleets, including taxis, we agree on a cleaning schedule that keeps each vehicle out of service for no more than one business day. 1. Inspection of the interior in the workshop: the technician found a dark water mark around the coffee stain on the alcantara of the driver's seat and confirmed the price of 170 euros before the wash started.

Project time in 2026: 4 hours of work and one night in the workshop. the complete interior cleaning took 4 hours and the upholstery foam of the seats completely dried in 5 hours, so the car was returned to the city centre the following business morning.
What changed: The 8-centimeter dark water mark around the coffee stain disappeared from the alcantara of the driver's seat, and the Alcantara nap stands in one direction.
In the wet cleaning area, the interior can be inspected, washed and dried.
On the phone, you describe the model of the car and what bothers you about the dirt or smell. In the workshop, the technician examines the materials, stains, mould and pet traces, and in the case of other work planned next to the interior, he also makes a preliminary note about the paintwork with a layer thickness gauge. After the inspection, the technician confirms the price before the wash begins.
Electronic points are covered with film, then the headliner, seats, carpets and plastic surfaces are cleaned with separate means. Fabric and leather receive a product with different pH levels, alcantara is cleaned with low humidity to avoid water marks.
After the extraction method, the seats and carpets are dried with air blowers, not only with natural air, because this shortens the drying time and prevents the formation of mould in the base foam. We inspect the car with the customer, and upon handing over, the initial and final condition is written on the job sheet. The job sheet records the 30-day guarantee on the cleaning work.
The inner material decides which chemical and mechanical work method is suitable, the wrong choice leaves a mark that cannot be corrected by subsequent cleaning.
The extraction method is suitable for fabric surfaces: hot washing liquid is pressed between the fibers and immediately sucked back, so the chemical reaches deep and does not remain in the upholstery. We use lower pressure on dark fabrics, because too strong mechanical work crumbles the surface of the fibre and leaves a faded mark.
Alcantara is a microfibre that gets buried due to excessive moisture or uneven drying and leaves a water mark. We clean the alcantara with a little foam and a soft brush, always in one direction of the nap, then dry immediately with an air blower to avoid the grey cast that occurs when the water dries.
No gloss effect is applied to the plastic of the dashboard and centre console. A glossy surface reflects more sunlight onto the windshield and accelerates the UV degradation of the plastic, so we use a matting, UV protection agent that keeps the plastic from cracking in the long run.
We clean seats, carpets, the headliner, plastic trim and door panels. Products are chosen for each material: fabric and leather require different pH levels, while plastic gets a separate product with UV protection.
Full cleaning of a passenger car takes 4 hours, an SUV or van with seven seats takes 6 hours. The carpet, which needs to be deep cleaned separately, and the heavy nicotine residue on the headliner prolong the work.
We remove the carpets so sand and gravel can be shaken from the base mats before washing. We do not remove the seats: extraction cleaning works while they remain fitted.
Yes, alcantara is cleaned using a different technique than normal fabric: lower humidity, a soft brush in one direction of the nap, and immediate drying with an air blower. Incorrect operation leaves a water mark on the surface, which appears as a dark pattern.

Everyday food and moisture smells disappear with deep cleaning, because the dirt that carries the smell is removed from the inside of the upholstery. For a strong smell of smoke or mould, we recommend adding odour removal and ozone treatment service.
The 30-day warranty for interior cleaning starts when the car is handed back. The basis of the guarantee is the final condition of the interior indicated on the handover sheet.
