Three work areas at our Mustamäe workshop
Auto Sisepuhastus has cleaned and polished private cars and taxi and rental fleets at its Mustamäe workshop since 2015. By the end of 2025, we had completed 15,748 job sheets for 8,819 customers; 3,958 jobs, or 25.1%, were for company cars. Our nine team members have distinct roles: interior cleaners, two leather specialists and two senior polishers work in their own areas, keeping wet cleaning separate from dust-free polishing.
Since 2019, our heated 420 m² workshop has had separate areas for dust-free polishing, wet extraction cleaning and enclosed ozone treatment. This keeps moisture and dust away from work they could spoil. We completed 1,517 job sheets in 2019, 1,946 in 2023, 2,063 in 2024 and 2,127 in 2025.
Paint thickness checks before work begins
Each morning, we check the paint thickness gauge against a reference plate in the dust-free area and bring workshop humidity to 45% before the first car enters. By the end of 2025, the gauge had been checked on more than 2,626 mornings. We record panel readings on the job sheet before work; they support the ceramic coating manufacturer's 48-month warranty. The same sheet records the 30-day cleaning guarantee. We answer written enquiries within one hour on business days and can book a car in within three business days. Workshop drop-off is free; collection and return within Tallinn cost €24 in total.
The final machining of each polished panel is done under a 6,500 K diagnostic lamp and the car is delivered with a finish free of swirl marks. By the end of 2025, 3,919 cars with polished or ceramic coating had passed under the lamp. Alcantara, perforated leather and aniline leather each have their own cleaning agent.
Kaido Sooväli and our job sheet records
Kaido Sooväli opened Auto Sisepuhastus in a heated 420 m² building in Mustamäe in 2015, and the workshop still cleans cars there today. Interior cleaning is our main service, alongside leather care, odour removal and paintwork care. We record relevant measurements, including clear coat thickness, residual ozone and headlight brightness, on the job sheet that accompanies each car. The sheet also states the work guarantee. The first sheet was issued in 2015; the final one in 2025 was numbered 15,748.
In 2019, Kaido divided the hall into a dust-free polishing zone, a wet cleaning area for three simultaneous interiors, and a closed ozone treatment booth, because dust and moisture do not share the same space. From the same year, every car owner with ceramic coating gets a job sheet with panel readings, and by the end of 2025, 1,093 of these job sheets had been given. Before the completion of the zones, Kaido polished 612 cars himself from 2015 to the end of 2018.
Taxi and rental company cars arrive on agreed days and are back on the line in one business day, and by the end of 2025, 2,714 job sheets had been filled out for them. Cars arrive at Mustamäe from Tallinn, Keila, Viimsi, Maardu, Saue and Rae parishes, and dropping off your car at the workshop is free. By the end of 2025, 11,384 job sheets had been completed for cars in Tallinn, and 4,364 for cars in the five service areas outside Tallinn.
There are nine people working in the workshop and each of them has their own area: three interior cleaning technicians, two leather specialists, two senior polishers, a dispatcher and Kaido. The wet cleaning area technician does not enter the polishing zone during the day. Each business day begins with a paint gauge check on the benchmark plate, and the workshop air humidity is 45 percent before the first car enters. Out of 8,819 customers, 3,307 or 37.5 percent had brought a car to Mustamäe at least a second time by the end of 2025, and in 2025, an average of 8.5 cars arrived at the workshop per business day.
