Data controller
Auto Sisepuhastus is responsible for data submitted through the form or by email. Send data protection enquiries to info@autosisepuhastus.ee.
What the enquiry form collects
The form has four fields: your name, phone number, email address, and a description of your car and the work needed. It also records the service you selected and the page from which you sent the enquiry.
How we use your data
We use your enquiry to respond. Your contact details and description of the car and work go to the car cleaning specialist who will do the work and send you a price and the first available appointment. We do not send enquiry data to sales or advertising networks.
Legal basis
Our legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR: asking for a price and an available appointment is a step you take before entering into a contract.
Who can access your enquiry
The car cleaning specialist who will do the requested work receives your enquiry and contacts you.
Our form provider handles form data, an email delivery service delivers messages, and a hosting provider hosts the website. These providers act as processors and handle data only on the controller’s instructions.
Cloudflare Turnstile helps distinguish human enquiries from automated submissions. For this purpose, Cloudflare receives your IP address and technical browser information.
Enquiries are deleted after 18 months
We delete an enquiry, including the name and contact details, 18 months after it is sent.
Emails to our domain
Emails sent to any autosisepuhastus.ee address follow the same process as form enquiries: the same controller and recipients, an 18-month retention period, and the same rights.
Cookies and trackers
The site does not store advertising cookies in your browser and has no advertising trackers.
Your rights regarding your enquiry
- On request, Auto Sisepuhastus will send you a copy of your enquiry data and correct an incorrect name, phone number or email address.
- You may request deletion before the 18-month deadline or object to processing, in which case we will stop using the data.
- You can receive your enquiry data in a machine-readable file to take to another workshop.
To exercise these rights, email info@autosisepuhastus.ee. We will reply within one month.
Complaints to the Data Protection Inspectorate
You can complain about the use of your personal data to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate at www.aki.ee.
