Work in the wet cleaning area

Our interior cleaning technicians wash seats, carpets, headliners and plastic trim in cars, SUVs and vans. They work in the Mustamäe workshop's wet cleaning area, where the extractor uses water at 90 °C and three interiors can be cleaned at once. Technicians stay in that area during the day and record each interior's condition before and after work on a job sheet. The team cleaned 812 interiors there in 2025, averaging 3.2 per business day.

Requirements for the interior cleaning role

You need a category B driving licence for vehicle collection and delivery, one year of experience deep cleaning cars or upholstered furniture, and conversational Estonian.

What we offer

The schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; the workshop is closed evenings and weekends. Three technicians work together in a heated wet cleaning area. We provide work clothes and protective equipment. The gross monthly salary is €1,650.

Senior polisher in our dust-free polishing area

Work in the polishing zone

The senior polisher measures paint thickness on each panel before correction, carries out one-stage and multistage polishing, and applies ceramic coating. Each panel gets a final machine pass under a 6,500 K diagnostic lamp, with the readings recorded on the job sheet. The dust-free polishing area has two workstations and no wet cleaning. In 2025, the team polished 318 cars, coated 214 and polished headlights on 94.

Requirements for the senior polisher role

You need five years of machine polishing experience with rotary and orbital polishers, the ability to use a paint thickness gauge and choose a correction method from its readings, and experience applying ceramic coating independently. A category B driving licence is required for deliveries.

What we offer

The schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We bring humidity in the dust-free area to 45% before the first car arrives and provide work clothes and protective equipment. The gross monthly salary is €2,100.
